    Your Chimemaster tour guide will take you to the highest heights of Crouse College to see and hear the bells that provide the “Chimes of Crouse.” Please note that the bell tower tour requires steep staircase climbing and walking. Tours offered every 20 minutes; space is very limited for each tour and will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

Alyssa Limberakis Millili ’06, Remembrance Scholar alumna, and Kara Monetti Weipz, president of Victims of Pan Am Flight 103 Inc., will share how the Pan Am 103 tragedy continues to impact our lives today.     Marcia Baldanza ’86 of the School of Education’s Board of Visitors will host a conversation featuring Jeri Muoio G’83, mayor of West Palm Beach, Florida, and Amy Ellen Schwartz, Daniel Patrick Moynihan Chair in Public Affairs and professor of economics and public administration and international affairs at the Maxwell School. Together, they will explore how Mayor Muoio, a former school district leader, leverages her background.     Sound Beat Live: Behind the Scenes of the Popular Radio Show

    Get a glimpse into the inner workings of a public radio program. Sound Beat is produced at the Syracuse University Libraries and uses historic audio recordings from the Belfer Audio Archive as its subject matter. Producer Jim O’Connor will detail the episode production process, and show host Brett Barry ’97, G’13 will be on hand to demonstrate the recording process and coach any volunteers interested in being recorded for an episode.

    We Remember Them: The Legacy of Pan Am Flight 103 Exhibition Tour

    This year marks the 30th anniversary of the bombing of Pan Am Flight 103 on December 21, 1988, over Lockerbie, Scotland. Through a selection of original documents, photographs, and other archival materials, this exhibition documents not only the terrorist act itself, but the lives of those lost and the ways they have been remembered. Join the Pan Am 103 archivist and exhibition curator, Vanessa St. Oegger-Menn, for a guided tour.

    Meet in front of Hendricks Chapel, side closest to the Physics Building.

    The 1968 50th Reunion class will lead the Marching Band from Shaw Quad to the Carrier Dome in this fun tradition. Follow the Marching Band onto the field and lead fans in the Alma Mater. Enjoy all the excitement of the game-day festivities as you celebrate your special milestone. Class of 1968 members will be escorted to their seats following the Alma Mater to enjoy the game. Please note this will involve a lot of walking and the ability to climb stairs.
